Yoga and Memory

Remembering anything is not more difficult but remembrance for long time is more important! Our memory is based on our age. It has some limitation. In younger age memory is sharper compare to older age. During younger age the brain is more active to do any complicated work. Sharpen Memory is very necessary in the age of Child and Young. In young stage so many activity need a sharpen mind to solve out.

To be good from studies ones need to apply proper diet, follow good routine including yoga, aerobics etc. one of best factor to lose health is fast and junk food. We do not take fiber food as it will give you necessary proteins, vitamins, minerals, calorie and carbohydrates to your system. Fiber food energies and fit the body all day long. It also affects on our nervous system and strengthens whole brain and nervous system however junk foods will help to loss our memory, weaken our whole nervous system and helps to generate lots of diseases. Australian research has found that Junk Food can Cause Quick Memory Loss within a Week.

We take precautions and apply accurate diet and physical activity in our life for better health. One more suitable and necessary factor of our life is to include yoga in our timetable.
