Exercise

Today everyone wants to be fit from physique. Not because of looks but also for longevity. Fit body and Mind makes you more active. Health awareness is as much important as the money is! WHO (World Health Organization) is working on various health projects. Not only WHO but also many of social welfare organization is working on health awareness program.  Lots of Classes to improve health is opening on daily basis. Intention behind classes is to teach exercise, yoga, and aerobics. 

Fitness can be achieved by various ways. If you want to become fit from mind and body then you must have to apply all factors of fitness. Applying good time table to sleep and awake, take at least 6-7 hours of sleep, take good nutrition, fiber food, take necessary amount of Minerals, Iron, Proteins, Magnesium and Calorie. Drink more water as it will cleanse the layer of toxins covered your tissues
.
Exercise makes you easier and sharpens from intellect. According to Yoganic - The generation is cleverer so ones need to be extraordinary with mind and body. Exercise brings concentrations, sharpen your memory, improves productivity, improves health, gives you extra strength and you becomes more active than others.
